Job summary

Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking an IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) to provide first and second-line support to end users in a collaborative, multicultural setting. The role emphasizes incident management, documentation, and proactive service improvements within a global IT context.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Windows, and network technologies, supporting onboarding/offboarding and meeting room tech while collaborating with cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT Support, Service Desk, or End User Support experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking, and IT security best practices.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests and change-related activities.
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets via the ITSM platform.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and M365 issues.
• Collaborate with international IT teams, vendors and support groups.
• Monitor IT systems and escalate recurring or critical issues.
