Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Support Officer (Level 1 & Level 2) to deliver group-wide IT support from Brussels, supporting internal users across 9 countries. The consultant will handle incidents, basic troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 administration on-site at the Brussels HQ with rotating shifts.

You will grow through hands-on exposure to Windows, Active Directory, endpoint management, and cross-country collaboration, contributing to documentation and best practices within a

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
• On-site at Brussels HQ at least 3 days a week.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (08:00–16:00 / 10:00–18:00).

Responsabilités

• Act as the first/second line IT support for internal customers across 9 countries.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic network issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office apps) and user access.
• Handle user lifecycle tasks including account creation, password resets, and access in a hybrid environment.
• Install, configure, and update software for Windows and Office environments.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 with proper documentation and context.
• Maintain accurate incident records and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Deliver patient, friendly, efficient support to internal customers across 9 countries.
