Daikin Europe NV is seeking an International Key Account Manager HVAC to identify, prospect, acquire and nurture high-value partnerships with global retail clients across the EMEA region. You will blend strategic relationship building with hands-on sales execution to drive revenue growth and market share.

The role requires 5+ years in business development or key account management, fluent English, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

5+ years in business development, strategic sales or key account management with international accounts.
Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation and multi-country deals.
Strong consultative selling, value creation and long-term strategic planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Willing to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsabilités

Identify, prospect and secure new international retail key accounts across the EMEA region.
Qualify opportunities and develop new business with a focus on multi-country growth.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value accounts and annual sales budget plans.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and market share for Daikin Europe.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships locally and at headquarters.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.
Negotiate frame agreements and organise client seminars.
