Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director of Quality Digital & Analytics to define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances quality management and compliance across Innovative Medicine. You will lead a global team delivering data-driven insights and integrate analytics into quality processes.
The role champions large-scale programs, partners with cross-functional teams, and shapes a culture of continuous improvement while driving digital transformation in quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical/quantitative field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Data, Analytics & Intelligent Automation for global processes and platforms in a regulated environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital and analytics strategy for quality across the organization.
- Lead a global team to improve quality operations through advanced analytics and digital technologies.
- Oversee development of risk evaluation AI tools and reports for senior management.
- Manage the digital investment portfolio for Innovative Medicine Q&C and prioritize initiatives.
