Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Lab Workflow Systems to lead the digital Lab Workflow Systems portfolio across Therapeutics Development & Supply. You will guide a global team of Digital Product Owners and partner with scientific, data, quality, validation, architecture, technology, and cybersecurity teams to translate business needs into system strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, engineering, informatics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/lab informatics or regulated tech, with digital product or system leadership.
• Experience managing, coaching and developing employees in a global setting.
• Strong understanding of scientific lab workflows and translating needs into priorities.
• Experience with regulated lifecycles, validation, data integrity, service management, GMP.
• Proven track record owning roadmaps, prioritization, governance across ecosystems.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with FAIR data principles and laboratory platforms preferred.
• Experience with Agile development is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and communicate vision, strategy and roadmap for Lab Workflow Systems with Product Owners.
• Lead and mentor a global team of Digital Product Owners.
• Own portfolio prioritization, governance and value realization with adoption and data quality metrics.
• Ensure lifecycle planning, service health, compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with scientific, data, quality, validation, architecture and tech teams to translate needs into data strategies.
• Shape change management, training and adoption with change leads and local customers.
• Promote workflow standardization and automation; enable analytics and AI capabilities.
• Influence vendor strategy and performance with procurement and tech owners.
• Build networks to benchmark the portfolio and share leading practices.
