Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Head of Global Process Management to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global Quality processes across CAPA, deviations, change control, and QMS. You will translate enterprise strategy into standards and metrics while partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory and Digital/IT to drive adoption across a global network.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in regulated pharma/biotech/medical devices, including leading global Quality processes.
• At least 7 years of people management experience leading global teams.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, GCP, GLP and global regulatory expectations.
• Expertise in CAPA, deviations, change control, investigations, document management and training.
• Strong understanding of Quality Risk Management and end-to-end process design.
• Experience with electronic QMS platforms and digital workflow configuration.
