Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director, Quality Business Process Excellence to enable and improve IMQ processes, lead end-to-end programs across Innovative Medicine Quality, and partner with R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain to drive breakthrough improvements.

You will manage a team of e2e experts, develop performance metrics, and ensure training and documentation support, with up to 20% travel and a focus on strategic process governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years in related business roles.
• Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain, Quality or R&D.
• Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong Six Sigma, Lean or DEX knowledge.
