Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced Senior Director, Quality Business Process Excellence to enable and improve end-to-end Quality processes across IMQ. You will lead a team, drive strategic improvements, and partner with R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain to ensure resilient, well-governed processes.

This senior role requires 10–12 years of business experience with a focus on Quality, Supply Chain, or R&D, and a Six Sigma/BPM mindset to deliver breakthrough improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant business experience is required.
• At least 8 years in Supply Chain (Operatinal), Quality or R&D is required.
• Black Belt Certification is preferred.
• Proven PE knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or DEX is required.
• Strong ability to partner with stakeholders and lead in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Enablement of Quality processes and partner with Quality leadership teams.
• Define process model, ensure documentation and training for consistency.
• Manage investments for Quality Systems with Strategy & Operations and finance.
• Oversee end-to-end performance management and tiered processes.
• Lead resiliency initiatives and risk assessments in supply chains.
• Develop and grow high-performing teams and talent.
• Collaborate with R&D and Commercial to align IMQ processes.
