Johnson & Johnson seeks a Head of Global Process Management to lead end-to-end quality processes, including CAPA, deviations, and change control, across a global network. You will translate strategy into clear standards and performance metrics, partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to drive improvements.

The role requires extensive experience in regulated environments, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage digital workflows and eQMS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or related scientific discipline.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or another highly regulated industry.
• At least 7 years of people management experience, including leadership of global teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, governance, digital enablement, and continuous improvement of global Quality processes (CAPA, deviations, non-compliance).
• Translate enterprise quality strategy into standards, governance, and performance measures.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Digital/IT to drive adoption and outcomes.
