Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical/quantitative field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Data, Analytics & Intelligent Automation for global processes in a regulated environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communications; ability to present to senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Define and own Pharm Digital, data and analytics strategy, budget, roadmap, and execution.
- Lead large, strategic projects with executive visibility and cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of quality analytics tools within the QMS.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor roadmap durability, backlog health, velocity, and digital maturity.
