IBA Group in Louvain-la-Neuve is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Radiopharma Systems to install and maintain life-saving particle accelerators at hospitals worldwide.

You will focus on high-energy accelerator components and ensure on-time delivery, reliability, and customer satisfaction across travel-heavy assignments.

The role requires a Master’s degree, hands-on problem solving, and strong English communication, with up to 60% travel and occasional shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electro‑mechanics or equivalent.
• Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and the IBA team.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Install equipment and systems according to defined planning, timelines and procedures.
• Maintain equipment according to the maintenance schedule and repair when needed.
• Debug and report bugs to the R&D team, and oversee testing of equipment/systems.
• Train less experienced colleagues to use equipment safely.
• Document and report interventions in CMMS with detailed accuracy.
• Provide on-call helpdesk support to address client issues.
