Leica Biosystems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and troubleshoot equipment on-site for customers across the Benelux region. The role reports to the Service Team Leader and is part of the NEE Service Team in Belgium, with remote coverage for the Benelux area.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electronic disciplines, be fluent in English, Dutch and French, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational degree in Mechanical or Electronic direction.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful support and optimal processes.
• Ability to identify and communicate issues and provide effective solutions to customers.

Responsabilités

• Visiting customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades.
• Contributing to Customer Satisfaction, Return Call Rate, Preventive Maintenance Planning & Utilization.
• Providing input to improve product reliability and feedback to the business units and field services
• Cooperate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team to ensure smooth and fast processes and information flow
• Working closely with our Sales teams by ensuring good communication for opportunities & escalations
