IBA Worldwide in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, seeks a Field Service Engineer for Synthera synthesis module. You will install, maintain and repair IBA equipment at client sites worldwide, with a focus on the Synthera module.

As a Flying Field Service Engineer, you will travel up to 60% of your time, including weekends, and work in a dynamic, international environment. A Master’s degree in electro-mechanics and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in electro-mechanics or equivalent by experience.
• Proven experience in root-cause analysis and large-scale system troubleshooting.
• Very good oral and written skills in English.
• Very good communication skills with customers and IBA team.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain and repair IBA equipment worldwide.
• Participate in installation and maintenance of Synthera module on customer sites.
• Provide on-call helpdesk service with the team.
• Document interventions in CMMS with details.
