You will manage 5 Digital Sales Representatives across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM, owning retention and expansion revenue while transforming workflows into AI-assisted, scalable processes.

• Proven experience leading a high-volume digital sales motion in B2B SaaS.
• Track record owning Net Revenue Retention and expansion revenue.
• Experience shaping AI-enabled sales workflows and automation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with RevOps, Product, and CS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Digital Sales team of 5 FTEs across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Own NRR and expansion targets across 10,000+ accounts; drive upgrades and usage growth.
• Coach pipeline reviews, deal strategy, and performance management.
• Shift to AI-assisted, programmatic digital sales in partnership with RevOps, Product, and CS.
• Own forecasting for the digital segment with data-driven insights for leadership.
