Job summary

Lansweeper is seeking a Director of Strategic Revenue Operations to own forecasting, GTM planning, deal operations, and AI-native transformation across the RevOps engine. You will report to the COO and partner with the CRO and CCO to deliver a single, trusted funnel view from lead to closed won.

Your near-term goals include establishing a forecast process, delivering one version of the truth, and driving value through AI-enabled workflows while coordinating with data, systems, and AI teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, including Senior Director level in a fast-paced B2B SaaS.
• Built a forecast process, methodology and tooling for a multi-segment, multi-region organisation with demonstrated accuracy improvement.
• Owned annual GTM planning, territory, quota and capacity modelling at scale.
• Led a sales operations function including deal desk, pricing operations and GTM data governance.
• Hands-on AI experience in a RevOps or GTM setting with measurable impact.
• Able to influence CRO/CFO/data teams and translate analysis into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set the forecast process, definitions, and tooling across segments and regions.
• Measure forecast accuracy every cycle and surface risk/upside.
• Own the golden set of reports reaching CRO/CEO/board and define full-funnel criteria.
• Partner with Marketing on spend, pipeline, funnel velocity and source/segment insights.
• Lead annual GTM planning with cross-functional leaders (CRO/CCO/COO/Finance).
• Establish permanent GTM data quality and data contracts with system owners.
