Lansweeper is seeking a global Head of AI Transformation to build and lead an enterprise-wide AI operating model. You will drive AI strategy, governance, measurement, and scalable transformation at pace across departments, reporting to the COO. This is a newly created, leadership role within an AI-native SaaS company.

You will partner with HR on training, enablement, and capability development, and coordinate with Legal, Security, IT, and product teams to embed responsible AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI transformation, strategy execution, or enterprise transformation within SaaS.
• Proven experience building an AI operating model or governance framework.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs, AI automation, or AI-native systems.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs without direct authority.
• Good understanding of AI regulatory compliance in a global SaaS environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the company-wide AI strategy and operating model.
• Coordinate the AI Steering Committee and internal AI Ops leaders.
• Design and implement AI governance, risk, and compliance structures.
• Lead AI infrastructure convergence and enterprise AI platform evaluation.
• Own AI measurement framework and drive AI-related business impact.
