The role requires 6-12 months in customer support, excellent English (C1), proactive attitude, and a reliable home office setup with stable internet.

Qualifications

• Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written).
• At least 6-12 months of experience in a customer support role.

• Experience in travel industry.

• Personal computer with stable internet (min 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
