Michael Page Belgium is seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator to manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for a leading international pharmaceutical organization. You will liaise with customers, warehouses and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in customer service or administration, and proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or Axapta).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or administration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Axapta.
• Fluent in English; Spanish, Italian or German are a strong plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
