Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Customer Service & Customs Coordinator in Belgium to manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for an international B2B portfolio. You will handle customs documentation and ensure trade compliance while delivering excellent customer service from order placement through delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service, order management, logistics coordination and/or customs in a international B2B environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a strong asset).
• Knowledge of customs processes and international trade compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French and/or German are an advantage.
• Adaptability to changing environment and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete order-to-cash process for an international B2B customer portfolio.
• Oversee customs documentation and trade compliance for import/export transactions.
• Act as the main contact for customers from order to delivery and invoicing.
• Proactively handle inquiries, orders, delivery follow-up and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, production and sales for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for compliant shipments.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
