Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the C&B domain, preferably in an international context.
• Analytical mindset with experience in complex reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent presentation skills with senior managers advisory and change management experience.
• Outstanding communication in English and Dutch; Spanish is a plus.
• Payroll knowledge and Mercer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of Manuchar’s global reward framework, aligning it with growth and business strategy.
• Build consistent job grading and strengthen pay governance for future-proof decisions.
• Shape and implement competitive, sustainable global benefits programs and optimize cost structures.
• Lead development programs for global mobility, expatriate management and international employment policies.
• Oversee annual HR budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
