Qover in Brussels is seeking a Customer Care Frontline Officer to deliver exceptional support in Danish and English, with German and Dutch as well. You will be the friendly voice helping customers with insurance questions, claims and service requests while growing your communication and service skills.

In this role you will handle inquiries via email and phone in German, Dutch and English, translate insurance language into clear explanations, support inbound sales with product insights, and

Qualifications

• Native-like proficiency in German, Dutch and English.
• Recent graduate with a MA or BA in languages, business or related.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced startup.
• Team player with proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone in German, Dutch and English
• Listen, understand and summarise customer needs clearly
• Guide customers through procedures and help them with claims information
• Track and log requests, complaints and outstanding actions
• Translate insurance language into clear, customer-friendly explanations (training provided)
• Support inbound sales conversions by providing helpful product insights
• Assist with administrative tasks such as payments follow-up, contract changes, mail handling and CRM updates
