Bright Plus Brussel is seeking a proactive Brand Ambassador in Brussels. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, using your language skills to resolve issues and ensure a seamless service experience.

Fluent German or Dutch is required, plus solid MS Office knowledge. You will build strong customer relationships, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a multicultural, dynamic environment with hybrid work and a path to a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams.
• Fluent command of German or Dutch (or Dutch & French) is expected.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to maintain relationships.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
