Bright Plus in Brussels seeks a Brand Ambassador to deliver outstanding customer service as the first contact for inquiries. You will handle questions via phone, email, or chat and use language skills to communicate effectively across German or Dutch markets.

As part of a multicultural team, you will build strong customer relationships, share knowledge with colleagues, and contribute to a positive, service-driven environment. Remote work is possible after induction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams.
• Fluent in German or Dutch (or Dutch & French) and able to communicate clearly.
