Job summary

Hotel Indigo Brussels City is offering a Front Office Trainee internship in Brussels through Hosco. You will join our team to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and assist with guest requests while developing your hospitality skills.

Fluency in English and French is expected; Dutch is a plus. You must be a hospitality student with an internship agreement starting late 2026 or early 2027 for about six months.

• Experience in customer service or front desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and handle check-ins/outs smoothly.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Act as a local ambassador by sharing Brussels recommendations and information.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist with reservations and accommodate special requests while maintaining accuracy.
