Job summary

Hotel Indigo Brussels City is offering a Food & Beverage Management Trainee internship in Brussels. You will support the F&B Manager in daily operations and admin tasks, while delivering warm hospitality to guests and participating in exciting projects within the department.

Ideal candidates are currently studying Hospitality Management and have an internship agreement for 3+ months starting October 2026, fluent in French and English, with Dutch being a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Internship agreement for a minimum of 3 months starting October 2026.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service at Serra Bar & Restaurant and events.
• Assist the F&B Manager with daily department operations.
• Support administrative management of the F&B department.
• Contribute to improving operational processes and guest experiences.
• Participate in innovative F&B projects to develop creativity.
