Job summary

Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is seeking a Guest Relations Trainee for an immersive five-month internship starting in June 2026. You will engage with guests, anticipate needs, resolve issues, and assist with check-in/check-out while supporting the reception team to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in hospitality programs, fluent in English, and have a passion for excellent guest service; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality program.
• Strong passion for guest service and positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with English as a baseline; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging with guests, anticipating needs and resolving issues with courtesy.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when needed and provide personalized guest support.
• Foster meaningful conversations to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and support the reception team.
