Marriott International’s Courtyard by Marriott Brussels is seeking a Front Office Intern to learn daily operations in a dynamic, international hotel setting. You will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and room assignments, and support payment procedures while delivering warm, professional service.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction, using hotel systems and reports to support operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, business, or related program.
• Languages: Good command of English is required; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including reservations, room assignments, and key issuance.
• Greet guests, respond to questions, provide local information, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments on room readiness and guest requests.
• Learn to use hotel systems, review daily arrival/departure reports, and support basic cashiering procedures.
