Next Job Abroad seeks a Flemish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bulgaria. You will assist Flemish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone, delivering top-tier support while adapting to a dynamic international environment.

Relocation is fully covered, including flights and hotel for the initial weeks, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; relocation to Bulgaria is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking customers through chat, email, and phone.
