Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex account queries for premium gaming clients via email and internal ticketing systems.
- Ensure high-quality support for the French-speaking community within Gaming & Esports.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction issues with precision.
- Monitor and maintain account security, ensuring processes align with gaming industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical bugs reported by users.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of back-office support workflow through proactive feedback.
- Stay updated on trends and updates in Gaming & Esports to provide informed assistance.
