Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group in Bulgaria is seeking a French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join a fast-paced supply chain team in Sofia.

You will manage end-to-end delivery inquiries, coordinate between warehouses, carriers, and customers, and monitor real-time shipment tracking to resolve bottlenecks.

Fluent French, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and willingness to relocate are essential; a fully paid relocation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native French (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills, able to handle high-pressure delivery scenarios.
• Experience with CRM software and standard logistics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve logistics discrepancies for French-speaking clients.
• Coordinate between warehouse operations, carriers, and end customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Monitor real-time shipment tracking and provide updates and proactive solutions to bottlenecks.
• Maintain high service standards by handling complex claims related to logistics and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
• Update and maintain database logs regarding regional shipping routes and delivery status.
