Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking French-speaking Customer Experts to support Dyson in Greece. This remote, international role comes with relocation assistance and a comprehensive training program.

You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, solving technical issues and documenting interactions in our CRM. Join an engaged multinational team and contribute to customer satisfaction while meeting KPIs and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) mandatory.
• EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Passion for consumer electronics and modern technology.
• Excellent communication with empathetic, solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with computers and digital communication tools.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, international team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Dyson and provide premium support for Dyson’s consumer electronics.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product updates and processes.
• Aim to meet and exceed personal and team KPIs and QA standards.
