Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support for Miele’s high-end consumer electronics portfolio via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for Miele home appliances to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Miele’s product innovation to offer accurate and premium advice to customers.
• Manage customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism, reflecting the quality synonymous with the Miele brand.
• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to track and optimize service performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical concerns efficiently.
