Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) required.
• EU passport required for Greece relocation.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers regarding consumer electronics devices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the consumer electronics portfolio.
