Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• EU passport is mandatory.
• Proven customer service experience, telecom or technical support desirable.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to multitask across software.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for Salt telecom products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for French-speaking clients.
• Provide accurate information on billing, account management and upgrades.
• Act as a brand ambassador and follow service protocols.
• Navigate CRM systems to update data and log interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve connectivity concerns.
• Offer feedback to improve service delivery and address pain points.
