BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will respond via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, understand needs, provide clear solutions, and guide customers from first contact to resolution while staying up-to-date with our offerings and policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 and English at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and eager to learn in the Travel field.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
