Michael Page is seeking a Free Service Delivery Manager to lead a Belgian ticketing team through a strategic transition. You will coordinate 6-7 event programmers, act as the primary client contact, and oversee ticketing platforms and event setup.

The role emphasises leadership, change management, and KPI-driven performance within an international events organisation based in Brussels. Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and structure a team of 6-7 event programmers in Belgium.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee programming and configuration of client ticketing platforms.
• Manage event setup including pricing, sales windows, dates, seat maps and inventory.
• Monitor team KPIs, performance and service quality.
• Analyze operational issues and identify long-term solutions and improvements.
• Support the team in decision-making, prioritisation and achieving outcomes.
• Contribute to restructuring and development of the Belgian operation.
