Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Freelance Service Delivery Manager to lead a Belgian ticketing team through a key transition. You will act as the main client contact, oversee ticketing platform configuration, and manage event setups with pricing, inventory and seat maps.

Responsabilités

Lead and structure a team of 6-7 event programmers in Belgium.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Oversee programming and configuration of client ticketing platforms.
Manage event setup including pricing, sales windows, dates, seat maps and inventory.
Monitor team KPIs, performance and service quality.
Analyse operational issues and identify long-term solutions and improvements.
Support the team in decision-making, prioritisation and achieving outcomes.
Contribute to ongoing restructuring and development of the Belgian operation.
