Jobat is recruiting for an international organisation in the events and live entertainment sector. The Belgian team supports ticketing, event delivery and field IT within an EMEA structure.

The role leads a 6-7 person team of event programmers in Belgium, acting as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders, and overseeing programming and configuration of client ticketing platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead and structure a team of 6-7 event programmers in Belgium.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee programming and configuration of client ticketing platforms.
• Manage event setup including pricing, sales windows, dates, seat maps and inventory.
• Monitor team KPIs, performance and service quality.
• Analyse operational issues and identify long-term solutions and improvements.
• Support the team in decision‑making, prioritisation and reaching clear outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing restructuring and development of the Belgian operation.
