Michael Page is seeking a Freelance Business Process & Operations Consultant for a part-time 4-6 month assignment in Belgium. You will map end-to-end processes, document as-is and to-be states, and collaborate with Procurement and Legal to ensure governance.

You will autonomously deliver, conduct stakeholder interviews, and produce SOPs using Visio or PowerPoint. Dutch and/or French a plus, English required. 3-4 days per week, flexible workload.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with process mapping and documentation.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and translate information into practical processes.

Responsabilités

• Map and document end-to-end processes across Business Services functions.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand current processes.
• Document current-state processes including responsibilities, systems, approvals and dependencies.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for clearer, more efficient ways of working.
• Develop future-state processes and SOPs.
• Create clear process docs using Visio or PowerPoint.
• Review and centralize existing supplier contracts and governance.
• Establish a practical approach for monitoring renewals and obligations.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to ensure governance.
• Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables with limited supervision.
