Michael Page International (Belgium) seeks a freelance Compensation & Benefits specialist to lead Pay Transparency initiatives and drive practical rollout across a multinational workforce. You will work with a validated Hay-based grading framework and help translate Reward policies into actionable HR processes.
The role includes supporting salary reviews, merit processes, and benefits design for diverse blue- and white-collar populations across Belgium, France, and Bulgaria, with high autonomy
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward or HR Rewards.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Pay Transparency and its practical implementation.
- Solid experience with job grading and salary structures using the Hay methodology.
Responsabilités
- Lead operational role in the Pay Transparency project and support practical implementation.
- Work with a validated Hay-based job grading framework and ensure its application.
- Support rollout and communication of the new Reward Policy.
- Analyze current compensation practices and identify gaps or adjustments.
- Translate Reward policies into workable HR processes.
- Support annual merit and salary review processes.
- Assist administration and improvement of HR processes.
