The role covers end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers, with an emphasis on compliance and accurate candidate records. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver timely hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• End-to-end recruitment management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple roles.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source and attract top talent via job boards and social media.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
