Qualifications

• Experience mapping and documenting end-to-end processes.
• Ability to interview stakeholders to understand current practices.
• Proven ability to write clear SOPs and process documentation.
• Familiarity with contract governance and renewal tracking.
• Strong documentation and governance capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Map and document end-to-end processes across Business Services.
• Meet with key stakeholders to understand how processes are currently performed.
• Document current-state processes including responsibilities, systems, approvals and dependencies.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working.
• Develop future-state processes and SOPs.
• Create clear process documentation using Visio or PowerPoint.
• Ensure critical operational knowledge is captured and documented.
• Review and centralize existing supplier contracts and related obligations.
• Review insurance arrangements for gaps or overlaps.
• Establish an approach for monitoring contract renewals and expiry dates.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to ensure proper contracts and governance.
• Review and improve processes related to signing rights and delegated authorities.
• Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables with limited supervision.
