Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Freelance Business Process & Operations Consultant for a part-time 4-6 month assignment. The role involves mapping end-to-end processes, interviewing stakeholders, and documenting current and future state SOPs across Business Services.

You will review contracts and governance, collaborate with Procurement and Legal, and deliver clear process documentation with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Process Consultant or related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with process mapping and documentation.
• Able to conduct stakeholder interviews and translate complex information into clear processes.
• Experience creating as-is/to-be process maps and SOPs.
• Previous exposure to contract management, supplier governance or operational governance is valuable.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Autonomous and execution-focused: able to own end-to-end delivery.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Map and document end-to-end processes across Business Services functions.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand current processes.
• Document current-state processes including responsibilities and systems.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for clearer, more efficient workflows.
• Develop future-state processes and SOPs.
• Create process documentation using Visio or PowerPoint.
• Review and centralize contracts and governance details.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal on governance.
