Axis Group is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to ensure accurate compensation calculations and regulatory filings within deadlines. This freelance role involves collaborating on high-impact HR projects and maintaining strong data integrity across payroll processes.

You will work with SAP HR, taxation filings, and cross-functional HR teams in a dynamic environment while delivering timely results and supporting client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• In-depth knowledge of human resources management systems, particularly SAP HR.
• Has 4 to 6 years of experience in payroll management.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Freelance arrangement with payroll operation focus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the accuracy of employee compensation calculations within established deadlines.
• File regulatory reports (ONSS, withholding tax, etc.) in accordance with applicable rules and deadlines.
• Monitor and implement legislative and internal changes in the SAP system: initiation, testing, and validation.
• Work closely with other service teams and the HR Tribe on various projects related to payroll.
