Job summary

Jobat is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Merchtem to act as the main commercial and customer-oriented contact for the region. You will work with the External Sales Representative to expand the customer portfolio, manage new and existing customers, and ensure smooth quotations and follow-up.

You will maintain daily contact with customers by phone and email, focusing on commercial growth, while updating ERP/CRM systems and reporting on progress with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience or similar
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers and developing existing relationships
• Growing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
• Preparing and following up on quotations and price calculations
• Processing orders and encouraging ERP/CRM adoption by customers
• Maintaining daily customer contact by phone and email for growth
• Keeping customer data up to date in ERP/CRM systems
• Identifying customer needs and commercial opportunities
• Collaborating with External Sales Representative on reporting and follow-up
