NALA is looking for a Founding Managing Director in Brussels to oversee our licensed entity in Belgium and serve as the primary contact with the National Bank of Belgium.

The successful candidate will manage regulatory relationships, lead the EU hub strategy, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will play a critical role in establishing NALA as a leader in cross-border payments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior executive role in a Belgian or EU-regulated financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of Belgian Banking Law, PSD2/PSD3, PSR, DORA, and AML/CFT frameworks.
• Experience managing relationships with the NBB and FSMA.

Responsabilités

• Own the Belgian licensed entity and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead relationships with the National Bank of Belgium and FSMA.
• Steer regulatory transition roadmap for NALA's operations.
