Qualifications

• 5+ years leading regulatory change or compliance initiatives.
• Strong AML and compliance expertise.
• Understanding of financial services and the insurance industries.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business and IT solutions.
• Experience in executive stakeholder management across multiple domains.

Responsabilités

• Assess AMLR impact on processes, systems, data flows and governance.
• Translate regulatory requirements into a clear implementation roadmap and concrete actions.
• Lead/regulate regulatory change initiatives across business and IT teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and priorities in a structured way.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, data, architecture and delivery teams.
• Drive alignment across several business domains and ensure consistent implementation.
• Communicate with senior/executive stakeholders to build consensus on priorities and delivery.
• Work in an Agile environment to meet regulatory deadlines while balancing business needs.
