bunq is seeking a Branch Manager for Belgium and Ireland to convert our presence into fully local branches and to own the regulatory relationship end to end. You will be the named contact with the National Bank of Belgium and the Central Bank of Ireland, justify approaches under scrutiny, and localize AML/CFT practices for both markets.

Qualifications

• Owned a supervisory/regulator contact role (NBB/CBI)
• Delivered regulated entity setup or passporting project to external date
• Deep AML/CFT knowledge for Ireland or Belgium, with familiarity for the other

Responsabilités

• Deliver full branch conversion for Ireland and Belgium by a fixed regulatory deadline
• Be the named contact for the National Bank of Belgium and the Central Bank of Ireland
• Localize AML/CFT framework for both markets
• Decide escalated retail due diligence cases based on local context
• Use AI to scale regulatory processes and automation
