Job summary

Vivid Money S.A. is establishing a branch in Belgium and seeks a Branch Manager who will build and grow it. You will own the commercial success in Belgium and act as the legal representative of the branch to authorities.

The role covers building local operations, passport notifications, registrations, and hiring the first team, with a focus on growth through partnerships, market entry, and compliance with local rules. Regular travel to Luxembourg and Berlin is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in financial services or fintech with a commercial track record.
• Experience building something from a standing start.
• Comfortable with personal regulatory accountability.
• Resident in Belgium or willing to relocate; regular travel to Luxembourg and Berlin.
• Degree or qualification in business, finance, law, compliance or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, plus English.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial plan for Belgium: build it and achieve acquisition, market share and revenue targets.
• Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships and distribution in Belgium from first contact to signature.
• Build and own relationships with partners, intermediaries, industry bodies and press.
• Represent Vivid in Belgium at industry events and with regulators.
• Build the local team: define roles, hire, onboard and lead.
