ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking an Executive Director Leveraged Finance to lead the Belgian franchise, originate and execute LBOs, and build trusted relationships with Financial Sponsors, corporates and advisors in Antwerp and across Europe.

You will operate within an international Leveraged Finance team, collaborating with Amsterdam, London and Frankfurt, while developing a local Belgian team and portfolio leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Leveraged Finance.

Responsabilités

• Lead origination, structuring and execution of Leveraged Buy-Out transactions for Financial Sponsor clients in Belgium and across Europe.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Financial Sponsors and medium to large corporates in the mid- and large-cap segment.
• Become the key point of contact for Financial Sponsor clients in the Belgian market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects and financial advisors.
• Identify new business opportunities based on market developments, client needs and regulatory changes.
